Stole my money & wont even return my carrier

I returned a leather carrier bag that i bought from them, because the product was in a really bad shape and not good quality. I returned it in 2011 October and now its March 2012....They refuse to return my money as they say they haven't received the product.

Funny thing is that i have written proof that they have signed and received it. I have contacted the ECC UK Consumer safety service and they have tried to contact them twice and they wont reply back to them either.

Be very careful when purchasing from them. They will steal back the product and your money. Awful customer service. Will never recommend this store to anyone and will be making an announcment on my youtube channels (219 000 subscribers) so the word will go out ;)
