“Poor customer service”

Don't go to the Richmond branch! I used to be a local going here every day for my daily dose of coffee. The coffee compared to the likes of Starbucks and Costa is far better quality however and very unfortuantely it's greeted by very poor customer service. Lately it has further deterioated to intolerable. The manager allows queue skipping during a rush hour mornings and jokes 'If you don't like it, I'll send you the end of the queue!' “Quite simply the best coffee...”

Previously Taylor St Baristas used to be located in Source Richmond. However, they have now moved into their very own shop just right out the station. It is without question the best coffee I have ever tried. The people that work their are super friendly too. To top it off their loyalty scheme of buy 4 coffees get one free is very generous. BOOM!
