“Good food, poor service”

Been recommended so 4 of us went for lunch. Attractive decor in the room. Chose a table, it was early, a little after noon so lots to choose from. Two of the chairs had cushion seats and two wooden seats. The wooden ones were rather unyielding. I noticed that the unoccupied table nearest to us had two cushion seated chairs and two with wooden seats. I decided to swop our two hard chairs for the two cushion seated chairs. “Very expensive for what you get and waitress was terrible”

T and Cake, Almondbury,Huddersfield The genral atmosphere is plesant and the decor is really nice and welcoming. we sat down at a lovely table and admired our suroundings. upon looking at the menu i thought the prices were quite expensive, (£5 for a sandwich) but thought you probably got a side salad or chips with it.
