Costa in their own mission statement say and I quote "our mission is to rid the world of mediocre coffee", this makes me smile as I think my instant coffee at home rank higher than my experience at Costa of late.
Now I use to really like Costa but of late the service I have received and the poor product are for me unacceptable from such a well established brand.
My last two visits have resulted in having to ask for drinks to be remade and not interested, below standard service. I have actually complained directly using their website but as yet have not had anything back. Shall we see how their complaints procedures fair?
