Tempted by special offers on the machine I purchased my coffee machine as a christmas present and immediately placed an order with their website. 4 weeks on 3 emails, 2 phone calls I still haven't had a delivery yet they have managed to take payment from my bank account 3 weeks ago. They placed the order again a week ago and it hasn't been despatched yet, remains to be seen if I'm charged again! Poor customer support, poor service I would not recommend the Nestle website to anyone buy your coffee at any leading supermarket and save on postage! Dread to think what will happen if I have problems with teh machine itself!!
