Can some one tel me, WHY i sometimes get a good cup per, then other times i get NO coffee just milk, then other times i get black coffee & no milk, this is with caffe lungo,latte macchiato,cappuccno, & others, Rrrrrrrrr....

I found this too. However, I realised that you need to use 2 pods for the latte (milk is a white pod and the coffee is brown)This is not clearly explained in the instructions and it should be. Nestle - are you reading this?
