I thought I had just bought a dud.
Turns out, looking at other reviews, I'm part of a growing club of unhappy cold, messy coffee drinkers.
It leaks back into the drip tray and the pressure is hit and miss.
Coffee is often cold and the steam nozzle output is like waiting for paint to dry.
It the shop, it looked good, sturdy and functional.
As an ornament, its fine.
But if you want a decent cup of coffee, might want to consider a different model.
Perhaps post work fine?
I don't know, but I have had mine two years and It's never worked right.
Looking at a replacement now.
Hence I'm review surfing first...
Good luck coffee drinkers!

1. "It leaks back into the drip tray and the pressure is hit and miss". No, steam feedback into the drip tray is a design feature to lower the temperature after frothing milk.
2. "Coffee is often cold". Not if you follow the instructions and allow at least 0.25l to run through before making espresso.
3. "The steam nozzle output is like waiting for paint to dry". Not on my machine. It's almost too powerful unless you remove the plastic swirler. Do you know how to use the machine?
