Three times I have had to replace my Dualit 84009 coffee machine, with different faults. I returned the last and they lost my accessories. The customer service team at Dualit put me through the Spanish inquisition. I am the house of Dualit: toaster, mixer, kettle etc and have now decided if they are not prepared to help customers like me, then I can vote with pound. Shambolic company, great brand, will turn Dualit into a me too organisation making poor performing products and losing loyal customers like me!
