Feb. 10-12 called to let Tassimo that the paRt that reads the bar code was fogging over. Arranged to have a new one shipped and when it came Mar.11-12, it was the wrong colour. Sent it back two days later. After "Many" calls and being left on hold for 10-20 min. each time the new machine arrived May. 23. The noise that this one makes is very loud and today the disc exploded, what a mess. Called again today....25min. on the phone only to be told "Superviser is busy". THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WITHIN 48 HRS. HELP!
