I went into the store located at Towson Town Center to do a exchange. After selecting the new items I wanted to exchange for the old items, I proceeded to get in line. I was immediately presented with attitude from one of the sales associates. Then she proceeded to be rude to me for no reason, she was very unprofessional and lacked customer service experience. This was my first and last time at this store. The disrespect I encountered left a bitter taste in my mouth. In all my years of shopping and different levels of customer service, this by far has been the worst. After leaving the store I called customer service to file a complaint but after speaking to someone at corporate I doubt that there will be anything done about there employees behavior and lack of training in customer service. I would rather spend my money at major department stores at least I know I'm paying for the quality of service as well as the expectations.
