I ordered some items online for express shipping and didn't get them until five days later. It guarantee's that if you do not receive your items with 2 business days your refunded. I called their customer service line and emailed them. They never reached out and said they couldn't ship to PO Boxes. Which is false because i get my items all the time. If you want fast shipping definately not shop at Zara. They do not care about their customers.
