Unfortunately, every time I shop at Zara's between 66th and Broadway during lunch there is a long line. Today while standing in line on the lower level, I asked the manager why was there only one register open during the lunch rush? He told me the additional register would be open after 2pm. In the mean time I observed at least 6 sales associate scurrying about the sales floor, one even stopped to have a conversation with an employee on line waiting to make a purchase. I've never heard of such a silly thing. There were six customers on line at 1:45pm and he didn't see fit to open the register. Every time I shop at that location, I'm disappointed with the customer service. I'm not going back.
