***BAD SERVICE FROM ZARA*** I purchased a jacket from Zara and unfortunately I misplaced the slip, let's be honest this does happen. I was told that there was nothing that they could do without the slip even though tag is still attached to the jacket (BRAND NEW!). I asked If I could provide a bank statement proving that I had bought the jacket from Zara. I was told by the manager that, that was not sufficient because they needed some bar code to trace the sale. This was said because they were too lazy to search for the sale. So now I am stuck with a jacket that is a size too small and all I wanted to do was exchange it for something else or a size bigger. How can this be acceptable??? This has definitely put me off from shopping at Zara ever again! Clearly, Zara does not respond to HelloPeter for a reason!
