Recently I bought a dress from Zara, but after trying it on again it developed a hole in the side. I wanted to take it back in to get an exchange or refund and the store manager at the Beijing Solana location was very unhelpful... She said that the dress looks used and that she wouldn't be able to resell it.. She also said that if I had noticed it 10 minutes after walking out of the store then I would be able to return it, but not after 1 day. I don't believe this - that I can't return something after purchasing it for 1 day..

There was no compromise and the response from this manager is obviously not aimed for store improvement. Proper training of staff is needed.
