Horrible experience in Zara, Parly 2 Le Chesnay...left standing with 2 small children for 40 minutes to do a refund. Admittedly I was trying to do a return outside their 30 day window, by one week, I explained I had been on holiday for 3 weeks, the assistant didnt care, so I asked to speak to the manager, she cared even less and was actually really rude. I then asked them to call their customer service line which they did, after I spoke to the nice lady in the call centre, she quickly agreed, seeing the amount of money I spend with them. The manager then stormed off and left me standing there for a further 15 minutes before getting another assistant to come and do the refund. I am sorry but I shop all the time in Zara both online and in store. This is just unacceptable.
