Got beautiful shoes couple of weeks ago but easily demagable. Spoke to the blond girl, manager, oxford street by river island and next store. She was rude, made me disgusted, especially that I really like shopping in Zara. Ok demage might have been my fault but hey as a manager u do not speak and treat ur clients so low. Wish I remembered her name to shame her. I don't think shop in Zara any time soon. I'm very upset.
