I usually shop on ASOS, completely efficient & hassle free site. Ordered some clothes on warehouse for a change, which was also offering free postage if u spent over £50. I spent over £50 but still got charged for postage. That was just the start! Received an email a couple of days later to advise that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. Over 8 days later I was still waiting for 3 other items. Package finally arrived late with 2 of the items I had ordered but the 3rd item was completely not what I had ordered, a shirt, not a dress! The shirt was also ripped! Have sent numerous emails & had responses from various sales advisors, none of whom have a clue what is going on. Nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting for an item!! Never again!
