I love warehouse, I love the style of the clothing the quality everything, however I am recently being frustrated that when buying clothes instore the security tags are leaving holes in there clothing, I had a recent incident in which I complained to customer services about ,they were very helpful and dealt with my complaint efficently so I decided I would start to order online to get away from the problem of the holes in the clothing. However what I didnt realise if they have no longer that item in stock online a warehouse store with that stock sends it to you. Again that helps with delivery times etc so you would think this was a good thing however three parcels arrived earlier this week from three different stores every item from every store and parcel had holes in wear the security tag had been, I sent it all back , received another parcel today from another store and guess what all has to go back, I never complain about anything but I wanted to write this review today to see if anyone else has had this problem or whether its just me , i am just disappointed no store other than warehouse has this problem with security tags it needs to be resolved pronto before I give up on warehouse altogether.
