Ordered a coat for Christmas on Nov 28th. Got a confirmation of the order. 8 days later (after black Friday is over and the deals are done) instead of the package being on route or already delivered, I get an email telling me the order is cancelled!! 8 DAYS LATER. She told me - "they take the order, then it has to go to the warehouse, they then pick the order - and sometimes by then - it is out of stock!!! I ordered the next size up - 3 days later I call to see if it is in stock or if they will rush ship it for me - it hasn't been shipped yet - it is "pending", but she can't rush ship that one - she would have to cancel the order, and re-order it for me - which might take longer!!! Are you kidding. This company needs to get an ordering system that is current and up to date with their inventory. Then problem solve customers issues a little better! We are having Christmas early - so thanks to Topshop - my daughter will not have a gift under the tree!!!
