I returned my purchase (cause I didn't like the skirts that much) and got a full refund. It did take longer (6 weeks) as it was holidays and the order was shipped between UK and Canada and back (without costing me anything). I received my refund in full within 3 business days. I would recommend TopShop's form fitting dresses.
