First time online with top shop & the LAST, bought my daughter a coat & paid the extra £5 for next day delivery, it should have been here on Thursday 1st & I'am still sitting waiting ! Wrote 3 emails to customer service, yet still no phone calls, txt, in fact no help at all !
Tracking number is a waste of time. Went to a branch of top shop today & was told "ther's now't we can do! top shop online is a totally different company to us ". I work in Customer Service myself, & I would be sacked if I treat a customer like this !
Your's shocked, disgusted & disappointed CUSTOMER.
