First time shopper with Topshop online recently and have to say was the worst service ever. Purchased in July around $150 worth of clothing, did not arrive wihin the 9 days and I was immiedtaley unable to not track my order based on the tracking number provided as the website link did not work nor did information appear to update on the topshop website. Topshop note 9 days shipping on their website. Followed up at the 10 day mark after not receiving my item and being unable to confirm its location via my tracking number. I was advised to wait to the 3 week mark, followed up again with no arrival and touched base with post office via phone to review whether they were unable to locate my item.

Contacted Topshop again via email and was advised to give it a further 10 days, item failed to arrive at which time I requested a refund. Topshop advised they would provide this however failed to state the time it would take to appear in my account - at this stage i was really frustrated. I followed up again after 5 days to clarify expectations of when i might see this refund. Now more than 14 working days later I still have not received my refund despite being advised it takes 7-10 days max. Overall pretty disappointed that I forked out the money mid july (9 weeks ago) and am yet to see any goods or refund. Wont be shopping online again with topshop.

I'm dealing with this right now and I'm getting extremely fed up. Do they even have a customer service???? I keep getting the same robotic email and the number on their website doesn't even work (busy signal every time I call). They provided me with a tracking number that I'm not even able to track my purchase. I've sent them (no joke) ten emails asking them where my order is and I have gotten a bogus email stating that they will investigate then went completely MIA. What email did you contact to get a reply, because the form I'm filling out on their website doesn't seem to get a decent respond from them. I ordered something from there on the october 15th and it's not the 27th. I will never shop here ever again. Now I have no idea how to go about getting my damn money back. Please advise.
