Do not order from Topshop they will play you around and not refund your money even after showing proof of return.
Terrible customer service they do not respond most the time which gets so frustrating.

I hope they start losing customers and go broke now. It would teach them a lesson.
They have just got so big headed that the care of customer service just does not matter to them anymore.

Well lucky for us customers there are other good and better online shopping companies who do put customers first.
