I used to order from TopShop and get great results but now it is terrible. I ordered to tops on the 11 March and was told "Your order will arrive no later than the 22 March" on the 23rd I sent an email and got no response, 27/28 sent another got no response so rang up twice in one day took 5 minutes and still wasn't connected so gave up. I rang this afternoon agreed but I WANT MY TOPS. I went to reorder online and there's now none in my size, this is very annoying!!!! I have just sent another email a few minutes ago and posted on their facebook site, and my own wall my friends have started liking it and it turns out they have had problems before too.
I finally got through and they said all they could do was refund my order.
TopShop should really have an option that when an order has been lost that you can get a reorder.
