I went shopping in the solihull branch last week and I have to say the level of professionalism was very poor. As I walked up the escalator there was a male member if staff singing and dancing to music that was far too loud. Then as I went onto topman there was another member of staff who was texting on her mobile and didnt seem to acknowledge any customers. I presume that the woman on topman was some kind of management as she had a set of keys on her badge. I wasn't approached by any member of staff and didn't feel comfortable asking for help as the staff available didn't seem to be approachable apart from one lady on topman that served me to a pair of shoes for my boyfriend, she was very polite and helpful.
