I was shopping in the River Island store in Southend on 19.05.12 when i was served by your staff i was not greeted and then the male assistant serving me swapped with the female assistant serving the customer next to me to sort an exchange i can only assume. The female assistant whom took over my transaction did not greet me, did not explain that she would be taking over my transaction, did not even look at me, did not ask me to put my card in the machine, or take it out and then handed me my receipt and it was only when i said can i have my item that she looked blankley at me, so i said im not paying £25 for nothing so she gave me a dirty look and shoved me £25 bag in a carrier bag, i will not be returning if this how im treated.

Would not reccommend shopping in this River Island to anyone, its a small shop and the staff are rude, go to Lakeside or Chelmsford - better shop and nicer staff.
