“Employees with Sense of Entitlement”

I tried to order items online and my order was cancelled twice. I called them and the man on the other end of the phone informed me there was nothing they could do to help me. I felt like he was doing me a favor talking to me on the other end of the phone. There are plenty of other designers out there and I won't be wasting my time with this one.
