When Reiss first started selling online, I ordered two pairs of jeans for my husband (different sizes) to chose the fitting pair.
When the box arrived, there was only one pair inside and the box looked intact, before it got opened; clearly no one tampered with it.
The box was very small too. It would not take two pairs of jeans.
When we complained to Reiss, they would not accept the responsibility for the missing item and would not issue a refund.
In the end, we took the matter with the credit card provider and received the refund on the missing pair.
Will never buy online again; in the store I will never pay the full price ever again, even though I normally pay full price as we buy at the beginning of a season.
Running and owning a store myself, I know how much businesses need the full price to maximise their profits. The less you give to those thieving ones, the better.
