Bought some sandals and when I got home I realized she had given 2 x right feet. It's a 60 mile round trip so didn't want to take them back as the last size. I contacted customer services online as I thought I could post them. They said no I had to return them to the shop and there was nothing they could do. I said forget it as they only cost £15 and would cost more in petrol, they replied OK nothing they could do. I used to shop a lot with Quiz not so sure I will now. No loyalty to customers at all.
