Bad customer service

The customer service is very bad. I purchased 5 items on online but only ended up receiving 4 items. Also, I ended up getting 1 wrong top. Altogether, out of 5 items I only received 3 correct items. So I tried to get in touch with them via email explaining them again the situation but I didn't receive any reply. I kept trying to keep on hold of them but nothing happened. After not getting any respond back through the email. I rang them up and explained the situation. I told them their customer service has disappointed me a lot. They wanted me to send the top I wasn't supposed to get so they could send me the right item. They said they will send me an email when they receive the top but after a week I still hadn't received and emails from them. The staff clearly doesn't care about their customers.I'm not going to recommend this shop to any of my friends. Never gonna shop with Quiz again.
