Can you give zero stars? Awful company

I am absolutely disgusted the way this company operate and wish I'd thought to look at reviews first otherwise I wouldn't have gone near them!

I ordered a dress a week ago for a wedding this week and was promised faithfully it would turn up in time. Yesterday it wasn't even showing dispatched so i phoned and was told they don't know why but not to worry it would be issued via guaranteed next day delivery. I've just called again today as the courier isn't showing it as out for delivery to be told 'whoops it looks like the warehouse haven't put it on next day delivery'. The girl was so insincere its unbelievable. There is no one to escalate this to as they don't have any managers who take calls. What kind of tin pot operation is this place??

As a consequence i now have to phone my friends and apologise that i won't be at their wedding cos I can hardly turn up without a dress to wear.
