On October 27th I ordered and was charged for a pair of shoes. The shoes were of very poor workmanship, with the leather pieced together on inside arch!! I returned "free" scarf as directed. It is now January and I continue to wait for a credit!!! Will never order from PURE Collection again.

Well, it's been 3 weeks since I placed my order. I keep being told to wait a couple more days, but really? This is unreasonable... The company can't even tell me where it is - in the country, left the country? Will NOT buy from again.

I adore the products. The cashmere V- sweater dress was beautiful in color but just didn't fit despite the comparison from UK to USA conversions. It's the expensive shipping to and fro. So, I've paid for a product I cannot wear and must return it and have nothing to show for it and I've just lost $21. The return policies are more accommodating in the USA. A company here would likely be more competitive but I won't be ordering from this company again without a 90 Day Satisfaction Free Return Policy as there currently is now in the UK.

While we are pleased with the products, this is the second time we have been shipped the incorrect item. Customer Service contact, Glynis was very nice and it was not her fault we are displeased with the order picking. There needs to be a double check of items picked and then shipped. Sadly I will not order again as we don't receive what we order.

Excellent service. Quality clothes. The customer service personnel are gracious & accommodating. They will answer all questions & put in every effort to make sure you get the right fitting. Returns & exchanges,if needed, are handled with no effort at all. The sweaters I purchased were well made. Colors are true to the catalog colors. The styles are classic. Size may be a problem but their customer service will discuss size with you & come up with the proper size according to your wishes. I am thrilled with my 3 sweaters. My only complaint is that they do not have petite sizes.

I have purchased many many sweaters and a few skirts from Pure for my daughters and myself. Most have been just what we wanted, and it's easy to return those items we haven't wanted to keep. The colors are lovely and the cashmere is sturdy and doesn't pill easily. I wear mine daily and they look good all winter. The cashmere bath (it's called Cashmere Wash) keeps them in really nice shape. Returns are cheerfully accepted. Once I returned three sweaters (too large) that never were received by PURE. They gave me a refund on all three anyway. And everyone is so polite. It's important to order early to find merchandise in stock! There must be a large number of waiting customers out there ready to snap up everything! I have never been able to find some of their items anywhere else - the pashminas, for instance. So I go through the mail and online catalogues and as soon as they arrive and place my order.

I love the quality of the sweaters I have bought and also the variety they have. It is pricey but the sales are great and I definitely plan on continuing to patronize the website. Definitely worth it.

I have ordered several pieces from Pure and have never been disappointed. The quality is excellent and the price is competitive to other up-scale vendors. I usually wait until the items go on-sale because the shipping is quite expensive. I always recv complements on my Pure pieces. I find them very work and play-friendly.

love the pieces I have gotten, but everything is always out of stock so it's frustrating. I've stopped looking at the cataloge because it's annoying. Sorry.

I absolutely love the one sweater that I ordered from you and would be happy to order another. However, everything I wan is out of stock. I've received the same catalog over and over again and all the items I want are not available in my size (6) or in the color I want. Very discouraging. It took quite some time to receive my order too.

The quality of the merchandise is excellent-just wish that stock did not run out so soon, for exemple, an item I wished to order for spring was sold out before spring actually started! I live in the Northeast, where winter lasts too long-please consider this-thank you very much- keep the cataloga coming

I love the style as well as the combination of colors. I have ordered a dozen sweaters from Pure in the past year. They are all extremely good quality, a good fit and each one is a good addition to my wardrobe. They also offer a good deal for the merchandise. There is nothing to dislike about your product or your customer service.

Pure gives a "special offer price", but it's no different than the regular price. Their sales are not sales, just efforts to move merchandise.

I love the clothes, I love the bag "with love from Harrogate", I cannot speak highly enough about the service. Pure have never let me down with the quality of the clothes and their efficient and gracious service.

Easy to use web site. I love the quality of the cashmere. I am 65, in good shape, and want to look current, and the styles are well cut and contemporary without being too young and cheap looking. I also fee l that the prices are very fair considering I live in Southern California, and there are some very pricey stores here. On the negative, I wish I could have a color that is not offered in the style that I like. But all in all, your colors are pretty current and reflect the fashion of the year.
