Ok so, a couple of weeks ago I ordered 2 dresses with a 30% off code. So I placed the order through their website, entered all my details (I live in Australia) and everything seemed fine after receiving a email confirming my order and payment through PayPal
Then 10 days later I send them an enquiry asking where my order is as the status still did not show that it was dispatched. Immediately I get a refund back from Paypal, but no explanation from Oasis. Then 4 hours later I get an email to tell me that "my details did not meet security requirements"
so you take my money from my account and just let it sit there until I query where my order is!? You don't bother to contact me to ask for any additional info they need? What does their response even mean? I am so frustrated! Why even take my money in the first place! NEVER AGAIN.
