Often shop online with them but not happy with their return policy. I paid for the delivery and most other high street shop offers free return for items but with Next you have to take it back to shop or pay the courier. It just defeat the purpose of online shopping since I have to end up going to store to return items. The problem with items I returned is due to their sizing. It is a bit inconsistent. Even with the male clothing which is normally quite standard, I found some of them arent the same sizing like others retailer. The women clothing varies even more. Once ended up with a tunic that fit like a tent. Yet the same size ordered for dresses, one is fit quite snug, the other fit nicely.
The plus is that their next day delivery is spot on and also it is a very quick refund process when item returned.
They also not very rewarding in terms of loyal customers. They sometimes offer £10 off for a dormant customers (you get the card from the store). But no rewards for loyal customers. If you use cashback site, they also only give cashback to new customer only.
