I placed an order in a store to be delivered, it wasn't delivered on time and no courtesy email to let me know. When i then had to chase up the order their Customer service need a lot of training as I found them rude and unhelpful, actually raising her voice at me on the phone!! I have been a retail manager for over 10 years and I would be disgusted if my staff spoke to customers in that manner. It's a shame that the customer service department let this company down as thought the staff in the store were fantastic.
