I have always loved Newlook, but recently I am getting sick to death of it. If you see something in your size,which is a size 16 you have to buy it straight away, because you know fine well when you come back in a few days it will be gone. Personally I think the sales people have got this all wrong. I used to work for another well known clothing company and when an item of clothing was a good seller they would make more,but in Newlook this is not the case. I spoke to an assistant in my local branch in Stockton on Tees and she said to me because fashion has a big turn around they dont do this with Newlook. So now when I go in the shop and it resembles a jumble sale with loads of items unsold, because a lot of the sizes are not needed I know why. Why arnt you doing more for the customers,then you would not be left with rails and rails of clothing at the end of each season. I think you would sell more if you got the right sizes in. It cannot be profit making doing this. I would appreciate if someone would reply to my letter. Thankyou/
