Like seriously, a train wreck.
First off it told me i have an account when i definatly do not. Then it let me get the whole way through the purchasing process before telling me that the “transaction failed” and i needed to "try again or ring my bank" (this happened 3 times) so i decided to leave it and try again this morning.
Then today i got half way through the process (having just added my card details) when the whole thing crashed and it sent me back to the start.
Now im not one to be cynical, but that seems pretty pathetic for a major clothes company to have such a difficult and unmanaged site.
For all i know i might have paid for my stuff like 8 times by now, but ive received no confirmation emails so im hoping not.
