I ordered some items from new look which were dispatched on the 29th of May, to date (9th of June) items have still not been delivered. This complaint is not about new look items or customer service as they have always been great but the useless waste of time the courier company they choose to associated with. Hermes must be the worst i have ever come across. Supposidly they attempted to deliver the items to my address however at no point did the courier put a "While you were out" card through my door. On contacting new look they were helpfull and arranged to contact the courier to re deliver item to my mothers address two streets away. Again no delivery to my mothers address, i contacted new look again to find out that the package had to be sent back to the depot to have a new address label applied and would be dispatched as soon as. A few days later (today) i contacted new look to find out what had happened to be told that Hermes had attempted to deliver to my mothers address so they had sent the items back to new look AT NO POINT HAD THEY EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER THE ITEM my parents were at home all day!!!! and if they had tried surely any decent courier would leave a card!! New Look have advised there is nothing they can do and will not dispatch the items again from their depot but refund my card!! and the items i ordered are now out of stock!! however i could opt to monitor their website on wednesday evening and re order the items... Why would i do this when they will use the same in apt courier service again for me to experience the whole escapade again. I will never use or shop with new look again due to this whole issue with their courier and will follow this up with a written complaint to their head office.
