“Can't buy with my card”

I love the clothes new look sell but every time I go to buy something and I type in my bank details it comes up with " please try again later or contact your bank" I have way over sufficient funds in my bank account and the details are correct, I have tried over 20 times to re-enter everything and I have tried to buy things online for months and months, also I can buy from other online stores :L im really confused.
