Terrible service.

I ordered two products on a sunday. One was a size 12 pair of superskinny jeans and the other was a tshirt bra. The prices weren't too bad as the jeans were on offer. I paid extra so I could choose the delivery date, I chose tuesday. The products have arrived today, its tuesday, so Im happy with the actual delivery. However when I opened my delivery I was totally angry. The skinny jeans were fine, although a little cheap feeling, but the bra was a state. They had put the bra inside out on its little hanger and not only that, there was a huge black fingerprint on the inside of the cup. To add to things the little lable on the coathanger told me my bra was a plunge bra, which baffled me as I'd ordered a tshirt bra. However I did try on the bra and it fit pretty well so I decided I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of a return. Overall I dont usually make a habit of buying from new look and I probably wont be again.
And also why cant you leave reviews on there actual site for the clothes? As I think someone else's experience may help another potential customer.
