I went to one of your store in WOOLWICH ARSENAL around 3 or 4 pm and i am very disgusted by the way how they treat customers. Basically me and brothers were shopping and choosing some jackets in menswear which was already a mess. And as we were about to make our way to till for payment one of the lady staff with ginger hair came and asked us in a very rude manner if we are done and told us to pick the hangers. I asked to speak to manager in till but he/she was not in and was very surprised to see the same lady who gave us that sort of service is the one who was in charge and when told about situation rather than apologising she blamed we are disrespectful when that mess was already there by other customers. And when i asked her what is the job of staff at the shop floor than she did replied to me SERVICE but what kind of service is that U TELL CUSTOMERS TO PICK HANGERS AND SPEAK IN SUCH A RUDE WAY AND NOT EVEN HAVING THE DECENCY TO APOLOGISE. With this kind of attitude especially the one who is running floor i am not going back to store and not recommend anyone to as well even though i love new look collections.
