The shop seems perfect at first: cute accessories and bags, pretty clothes, and is all quite affordable. Last year I bought a coat from New Look, and after just a few days of wearing it, the buttons just came loose and fell off the coat. Then I could not close the zipper anymore... Though I think I never washed it in the machine. I also bought a bag from them and the buttons also came loose, now i can't close it anymore and it's useless.
I bought pants: in the shop they looked really pretty and fitted quite nicely. After one wash or two they have gotten a very weird shape and one day while putting them on the fabric just cracked...
I bought another coat and same story: all the buttons just fall off the coat as I'm just walking in the street! The only good experience I've had with this shop is with a blouse. All the rest just broke in a few weeks/days.
Will not buy from new look again, and will warn my friends about the poor quality there!
