I bought a jacket in New Look, 15 January, £119.99. I live in Spain. I thought: it will take time. I never received the jacket. Too much E-Mails with New Look customer service. On 6 February they send me a new E-Mail to confirm they are going to proceed to refund me the money. 29 February: no jacket and no money. I've started a claim from Paypal. I feel they are chitting me. I hope my money back soon. I wanted this jacket. Well...
