My first ever order with this company went missing within the courier network.I was given a refund.The second order, I ordered two pairs or boots,when I opened the parcel one pair was missing,again I was given a refund,without question,Third parcel arrived two items missing,sent an email still no reply to it so I phoned customer service,total waiting time after phoning 11 times and held in a que was 2hr 51mins in total waiting.When I finally got through to them I was passed over to a supervisor! I got the feeling that he didnt believe me and that I was in fact lieing.I was not happy with his attitude.I was then told an investigation would take place.I said well if it takes as long to investigate as it does to answer the phone am in for a long wait! I have never had any problems with other companies,and after reading an employee comment on here I hate to think what them packers get upto.AVOID this rubbish company.

The same thing also happened to me 2 internet orders - delivery from UK to France - went missing and at the end I felt like they didn't believe me! I said I would never order again but they have changed their website and made a French site so I thought they must deliver from France now - I think they must have sent my order from the UK again though as a week on and I've still received nothing, looks like I will have to call up and try and get a refund again :( there is some kind of problem with their delivery service/Royal Mail - I don't know! They have finally brought in recorded delivery so looks like we will have to pay extra to be sure of receiving any parcels :(
