MONSOON IS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER.
SENDS WRONG GOODS & BLAMES BUYERS.
THEY DONT CARE LESS ABOUT THE BUYERS.
VERY RUDE PEOPLE ALSO WORKING AT SOME OF THE MONSOON STORES.
THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF & THE COSTOMERS SERVICES ON THE PHONE.
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY TAKE CALLS WHEN THEY CANT EVEN RESOLVES ANYTHING.WORST EVER.
