I ordered this online and collected it today from one of the shops. When I took it home and opened it it was creased and dirty, with a half price tag on it! I paid full price. I am unable to get through to their online customer service phone number, and the shop I collected it from say they can't help me. To say that I'm upset is an understatement. Devastated, especially as I have currently been unable to contact customer services, and reading other reviews concerned that I might not be able to.
If the dress had arrived new I would have been delighted with it.
