I made 2 separate orders from the online M&S Outlet and they were delivered very promptly. In fact one was delivered by Yodel the next day. One order was for a mans suit. Unfortunately, not only did they send it in the wrong fitting (sent Super Slim instead of just Slim) but sent a version with a herringbone stripe not the plain suit in their photo. The other order of trousers was also sent in the wrong fitting (straight instead of slim), I phoned them up and asked if I could send both orders back together and they agreed and said they would refund my postage costs in 2-3 weeks. I posted back at a cost of £9.10 and 4 days later got 2 e mails saying they were going to refund me for the trouser order minus postage both ways, and for the suit order they had issued a refund for just the trousers NOT the jacket and again no postage refund. I e mailed them and they replied saying they would refund the cost of the jacket and the postage cost to return items but they still have not agreed to refund the 2 x £3.50 they charged me to deliver the orders. I can see this going on forever. The distance selling regs require that postage costs you pay the seller must be refunded if you return within 7 days (I returned the same a I received). Cant believe M&S are not complying with this regulation. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND COULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.
