during a weekend visit to doncaster i visited the doncaster outlet. i purchased a coat for my daughter. as she wasnt with me i made a point of asking about returns and asked if i could return it to any m&s store, as i live in scotland and there is no outlet store near me,i was told i could return it to any store. the coat didn't fit and when i tried to return it to a store they refused to take the return because it was purchased at an outlet. i am absolutely infuriated as i would never have purchased the coat if i had been given the correct information and am now 59 pounds out of pocket and left with a coat which is no use to me.
