very rude & uneducated sales representative

actually today we went to deira city center with my family for shopping. so for my self want to buy handbag and we entered into mango outlet in city center with my husband, 3 years old son and 1.5 years old daughter. when my self and my husband is selecting handbags saw my kids is touching their shop windows. actually they touched only window not their accessories. one sales lady suddenly came and sought at my kids. they are very small actually they dont knw why this lady was soughting. they cant sought at my baby when i was there if they want to blame they can inform it to me or my husband. this uneducated rude sales guys they don't knw how to behave with the kids. if they tough their accessories its fair they can sought them.

sales person has to be good with the customer then only we will go their again. normally im going sharjah mega mall mango outlet but that staff is very good. so i want to do the complain then i asked their name. they like a strangers back they asked about my name they dont want to knw abt my name. because they are the one did mistake not me. i will never go to mango outlet. later i came outside and went to paris gallery and brought handbang for me.

dear management when you guys are hiring sales guys try to hire good person with well education background if they cant friendly with the customer you will lose your business. im your regular customer but i will never go to mango. because my children is everything to me. so i cant bear when somebody is sought at them without any mistake. because we cant go to your outlet without them we cant leave them outside and go inside. so they has to understand children nature. thats why we are calling them as a kids.

after that my all shopping finished i feel very sad about my kids. because she is just a sales girl. she ruined our whole day. i knw her name also actually not one two girls. one is came for the support for that rude lady. but i didnot mention it because u guys asked not to do that.
