Do not shop at this retailer i bought myself two tops,i contacted them over a week later to see where my items were,apparantly my items have been dumped outside my front door by postman.I have had to fill out a p91 form,great now i can have a refund? no i now have to wait two months for the outcome,great now i can get my money back? no several hundred angry emails later and lots of threatening,i still just have to wait another two weeks.So two weeks go by please can i have my own money back that i am now begging for,no if you just wait for accounts that will be another 12 working days,all in all i have now waited 3 months for my refund,i get ignored untill i threaten,i contacted consumer direct as this is just daylight robbery and they have to provide me witha refund under the long distance selling rules if i have not received my goods,it does not matter if they were left outside my door,it is the sellers responsobility to ensure goods are safely delivered,if i did not specify at time of ordering that i wished for my goods to be left in a safe place then they have to refund me for items not received.Only jane norman do not care about customers,i wander if this is why they went bust? save your hard earned money for a reliable retailer,this is the worst customer services i have ever received,and i shop online alot.rant over!
